Why clean your panels?
Dirty panels can lose up to 0% of their power.
Dust, dirt, bird droppings, and pollution build up over time and block sunlight from reaching your panels. Regular cleaning helps you get the most out of your investment.

About us
Bacolod's solar panel cleaning specialists.
Sunguard Co. is a local service based in Bacolod City, and we do one thing: keep photovoltaic panels performing at their best.
Rooftop solar works hardest in exactly the conditions that dirty it fastest — tropical dust, sea air, rain streaks, and bird droppings. Our de-ionized water system lifts that buildup off the glass and dries without leaving a single mineral spot behind, so nothing sits between the sun and your cells.

FAQs
Questions, answered.
How often should I have my panels cleaned?
In Bacolod's climate most rooftop systems do best with a clean every three to six months. Homes near the coast, a main road, or heavy tree cover usually sit at the shorter end of that range. We'll tell you honestly what your roof needs once we've looked at it.
What is de-ionized water, and why does it matter?
De-ionized water has had its dissolved minerals stripped out. Ordinary tap water leaves those minerals behind as white spots when it dries — the same film you get washing a car in direct sun. De-ionized water dries completely clear, so the glass stays fully transparent and no detergent is needed.
Will cleaning scratch or damage my panels?
No. We use soft-bristle brushes made for photovoltaic glass and low-pressure water only — no abrasive pads and no high-pressure jets that could stress frame seals.
Do you need access to my roof?
Usually not for the cleaning itself — water-fed poles reach most residential roofs from ground or gutter level. We'll confirm what your setup needs during the free assessment.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of panels, the roof height, and access. Send us a photo of your setup on Messenger and we'll come back with a quote. The assessment is free.
Which areas do you serve?
Bacolod City and the surrounding towns in Negros Occidental. If you're a little further out, message us anyway and we'll let you know.
Doesn't rain clean the panels for me?
Rain rinses off loose dust but leaves the mineral film and streaking behind — which is why panels still look patchy after a downpour. If weather stops us mid-job, we come back and finish at no extra charge.
